Refund & Cancellation Policy Effective Date: July 29, 2026 At Jigyasha Career Counselling, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products and professional counselling services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase. 1. Digital Products (eBooks) • All eBook purchases are final and non-refundable. • Once an eBook has been purchased and delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned or exchanged. • Refunds will only be considered if: o You were charged multiple times for the same purchase. o The eBook could not be delivered due to a technical issue on our end and the issue cannot be resolved. 2. Consultancy & Career Counselling Services • Fees paid for consultancy sessions, career counselling, admission guidance, or any personalized services are non-refundable once the session has commenced or the service has been provided. • If you wish to cancel a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We may, at our discretion, allow the session to be rescheduled. • Refunds may be approved only in the following situations: o Duplicate payment. o The service cannot be provided by Jigyasha Career Counselling. o Any other exceptional circumstance approved by Jigyasha Career Counselling. 3. Refund Processing If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider. 4.
